1. Are you halal-certified? Do you have dairy-free options?

We are not Halal-certified at the moment. However, we are no pork, no lard establishment. All bottled brews contain fresh cow milk. We are in the midst of creating a product range with alternative milk.

2. How long can I keep the brews for?

We encourage all customers to keep their brews refrigerated once they are delivered to you. Our bottled brews contain dairy products, and hence, will not be at their optimal quality even when stored in a air-conditioned room. The brews are best served chilled or over ice, and best consumed within 5 days from its date of delivery.

3. What is your delivery policy?

Delivery days and timings

We deliver on Mondays to Sundays, between 3pm to 8pm daily (unless otherwise stated) and we are unable to allow any requests for deliveries of specific timings. All orders will require 2 days to be processed, so do remember to order at least 48 hours in advance.

Delivery fees

We offer free shipping islandwide to one location with a minimum order of $50 and above. For small orders below $50, there is a flat delivery fee of $8.

4. Can I return, refund or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any form of returns, refunds nor cancellations after the order has been made and confirmed. All orders undergo stringent checks and quality assurance control before they get shipped out to you.

In the event that there is a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided, we will not be able to cancel nor refund your order. The company will also be unable to retrieve back the lost parcel to be redelivered to you. 5. Do you accept bulk orders for corporate/weddings?

Yes, we do! Kindly contact us at hello.cafecoco@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram (@cafecocosg) to discuss further. To speed things up, it'll be great if you can include your corporation's information, quantity of brews, brew flavours and request for customization, if needed.
